Macdonald Book Shop is happy to announce Bibliophile Night’s are continuing! As many of you may know, we partner with Estes Valley Library for author talks to help bring books to our community. Macdonald Book Shop, and Inkwell and Brew will be hosting various events throughout the off-season to bring locals together for fun book talks and author signings. We love pre-ordering books you are excited about and setting aside book event titles for our author events. Let us know if there are any books we can pre-order for you.

Come visit Macdonald Book Shop for Bibliophile Night with James Work. James stopped by a few months ago, entertaining our staff with his stories. We have a wonderful night in store for you, with snacks and drinks. James is a retired Rocky Mountain National Park ranger, who set his nine part series locally, during the 1920s. Seven books are currently available at the store, with book eight releasing in December. He will have book nine available in June 2025.
We are always excited to see you during our events and even more we love to pre-order copies of author titles to ensure you have a book in hand for a signing. Please use the form below to RSVP and request your copy (copies) of his books.
