Macdonald Book Shop, and Inkwell and Brew will be hosting various events throughout the off-season to bring locals together for fun book talks and author signings. Good Night Estes Park Book Launch at the Mountain Shop
We are pleased to announce a new Estes Park book will be available soon. Goodnight Estes Park is written by locals, Patrick and Andria. The book offers beloved sights, sounds and experiences, locals and visitors will enjoy the scenic trails and iconic landmarks plus friendly wildlife and cozy charm of downtown in this beautiful picture book. Everything that makes Estes Park special is found within its pages.
Macdonald Book Shop and the Mountain Shop will officially launch the book on December 6, 2025 at 10am. The event will be held at the Mountain Shop, 2050 Big Thompson Avenue. The event is free and open to the public.
Attendees can enjoy a meet-and-greet with the authors, a book reading, light refreshments, and the chance to purchase signed copies of the book. There will also be children’s activities, including a scavenger hunt, raffle, and door prizes.
As parents of three young children, the Martchinks wanted to create something special that reflects the place they call home while encouraging families to spend quality time together. “Our hope is that Goodnight Estes Park will be cherished by locals and visitors for generations to come,” said Patrick.
