Macdonald Book Shop is happy to announce Bibliophile Night’s are continuing! As many of you may know, we partner with Estes Valley Library for author talks to help bring books to our community. Macdonald Book Shop, and Inkwell and Brew will be hosting various events throughout the off-season to bring locals together for fun book talks and author signings. Please continue to visit this events page to see updates on our calendar. We include a contact form for all pre-orders and RSVPs. We love pre-ordering books you are excited about and setting aside book event titles for our author events. Let us know if there are any books we can pre-order for you.

Santa Elf Sunday

At Macdonald Book Shop, we know how important it is for children to get their letters to Santa. We talked a couple of Santa’s Elves into visiting our shop to help Estes Park kid’s get their letters to Santa.
RSVP using the form below to tell us what time and the number of children attending our Santa Elf Sunday Event. Our maximum is 40 kids, and each child will be given 15 minutes to write their letter. We can accommodate two children per 15 minute slot.
- When you arrive, your child (children) will be able to sit at a table and write out their letters.
- Please help put the letter in the available envelope, and provide your return address.
- We will make sure your kid(s) receive a reply from Santa postmarked from the North Pole. We can write the letter or you can bring one to be included.
- Bring a camera to take pictures, we will have an Elf board for your little one(s) to pose behind.

Time Slots are on a first come first serve basis. Please RSVP with the number of Kiddos attending and the time you wish to book. Nicole is attempting to keep up with the website and available slots to ensure every child is able to attend. Nicole will send a confirmation email to ensure you know the time slot is yours.
