Move, Breathe, and Reflect: A Mindful Mental Health Class for the Whole Family with Rachel Glowacki

Join Rachel Glowacki at the Estes Valley Community Center for her Move, Breathe, and Reflect Class, a fun event for the whole family. Rachel is a children’s yoga instructor, writer, and mindful movement educator. She is holding a special class at our local Estes Park community center May 16, 2026. The class begins at 10:30 am with time to gather before Rachel will read from her book, sing, and encourage movement during the class. At the end you will be able to buy her book from Macdonald Book Shop. Rachel will sign books after the event.
Rachel Glowacki Biography
She is the co-founder of Move With Me Books, a free online resource library that brings breath
and movement into story time. Her work has appeared in Elephant Journal. MindBodyGreen,
Women Who Roar, 101 Words, and YOGA + Life Magazine.
Back in 2010, Rachel wrote a storytime yoga app called Kids Yogaverse: I AM LOVE, which
was highly recommended by the U.S. Surgeon General as a top healthy app for kids.
She lives in Colorado, where she hikes, writes, and teaches movement classes for all ages.
