Macdonald Book Shop’s Winnie the Pooh Birthday Celebration
Macdonald Book Shop Celebrates Winnie-the-Pooh’s 100th Birthday with Special Storytime and All-Day Celebration
Estes Park, CO — Macdonald Book Shop invites families and Winnie-the-Pooh fans of all ages to celebrate Winnie-the-Pooh’s 100th birthday on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
The celebration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a special storytime hosted by Michele, featuring a very special guest: Winnie-the-Pooh! Children and families are invited to join us for a memorable morning of storytelling and birthday fun.
But the celebration doesn’t end with storytime! Macdonald Book Shop will be celebrating Winnie-the-Pooh’s birthday all day long. Even if you can’t make it to the morning storytime, stop by the shop to chat with our friendly staff, celebrate with us, and enjoy a delicious cupcake in honor of Pooh’s big day.
To help us prepare enough cupcakes for everyone, registration is requested through Macdonald Book Shop’s Eventbrite page. We encourage attendees to register in advance so we can ensure there are plenty of treats to go around.
Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the Hundred Acre Wood or discovering Winnie-the-Pooh for the first time, we hope you’ll join us for this special birthday celebration!
