We partner with a variety of community organizations, including the Estes Valley Library, to bring engaging literary experiences to our readers. We are happy to pre-order upcoming releases with confirmed publication dates and can also special order most books currently in print, as well as many out-of-print titles through used sources.
Threshing Day Midnight Release Party – Authorless Event
Threshing Day is almost upon us. Can we get a dragon too? Since that might be a bit dangerous, we will have to content ourselves with a new book in the Empyrean World. If you are like many of us, you are anxiously waiting for book #4 in the series and will need to make do with this standalone.
Join Macdonald Book Shop in Estes Park, Colorado for a Threshing Day Midnight Release Party on September 28, 2026 at 10:30pm and get your book at midnight! Our bookstore is hosting an authorless event with swag, food and beverages. We will discuss what the book might have in store for us, along with fangirling out over all fantasy books.
Please go to Eventbrite to sign up for the midnight release party. The ticket price includes the price of the book (tax included) and a small charge to cover our hostings costs. Once you sign up we will make sure to note your pre-order and have your book bagged and ready for the party.
Macmillian will not allow us to sell the book prior to 12 am on September 29, 2026. If you want to start reading your book right away make sure you sign up.
