‘Un’ Book Club: “Climbing Through” with Melissa Strong – May 21, 2026
Join us for a truly special and inspiring gathering of our ‘Un’ Book Club, where meaningful conversation and authentic connection take center stage. This session will feature author, rock climber, and restauranteur Melissa Strong, who will guide us through the powerful themes of her book, Climbing Through. Drawing from her personal journey and experiences, Melissa brings a perspective that is both deeply human and highly relevant to navigating challenges in business and life.
The ‘Un’ Book Club meets quarterly and is designed to bring business owners together to explore pivotal topics impacting the Estes Valley business community. The goal is to learn from one another’s experiences, openly share challenges and successes, and support each other in building stronger, more resilient businesses.
For this session, we will explore Climbing Through and the themes of resilience, growth, and pushing forward through uncertainty. Do not worry if you have not read the book. A summary will be provided, and the conversation will focus more on the takeaways and shared experiences than the pages themselves. That is what makes it an ‘Un’ Book Club.
